Josdan Services & Projects is a cleaning and hygiene services company founded in 2018, by Ms Suzan Serumula. She is a consummate professional with over 20 years of experience in the cleaning service industry. Her career started in 2002 as a receptionist and within 5 years she was promoted to Area Manager. Two years later she was promoted to Ops manager position and again to Divisional Manager Operations. She achieved high accolades and recognition.
The company rendered ad-hoc cleaning services to various entities around Rustenburg. Through her resilience, Josdan managed to sustain itself during hard economic times and lockdown due to Covid 19.
In November 2020 Josdan Services & Projects’ structure was redesigned. The new structure was formed between Suzan Serumula and Camperdown’s partners. The partnership is aimed at meeting Camperdown’s transformation plan as well as developing and transferring skills to the new partner (Suzan). The relationship is also aimed at providing the much needed support in terms of resources and capacity to be able to provide services at a bigger scale.
The company comprises of four (4) shareholders, namely: Ms MS Serumula, Ms P Maqethuka, Mr F Springorum and Mr J Schlebusch. Shareholders chose Suzan to perform the Managing Director duties due to her extensive operational experience in the cleaning industry.
In January 2021 Josdan was awarded a twelve months Covid disinfection contract at Glencore Rustenburg Smelter. Same year, Glencore WCM awarded Josdan Services a five year deep cleaning and disinfection contract which is running successfully.
Today, Josdan Services has a fleet of three (3) vehicles and fifteen (15) dedicated team of deep cleaners & hygiene assistants respectively.
We have a 2000m2 warehouse in Ridder Street Rustenburg. The warehouse is well stocked with all the products we offer.Our vehicles and equipment is also stored here.
We also have an engineering workshop in Mogwase. 62 Brink Street Rustenburg is Our main admin offices. This is where our administrative
support originates.
